"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." Matt 9:37-38
We pray for the promised revival in the Nordic countries, through Europe back to Jerusalem. (Isa 62:10-12) The ripe harvest fields in the Nordic countries and Europe are waiting for laborers. When it's harvest time, everyone needs to help!
Come and get equipped to serve the Lord!
Conference venue: Åh Stiftsgård
NOTE! Registration is required to participate.
Ljungskile
Ljungskile is a small community on the west coast of Sweden with just over 4,000 inhabitants but with strong spiritual roots. It was here that the charismatic summer conferences with Harry Greenwood were held in the early 80s under the name Familjefesten. The conferences attracted visitors from all over Sweden and Scandinavia year after year and were a center for the charismatic renewal. It was held at Ljungskile Folkhögskola with roots back to the 19th century folk revivals.
At Restenäs just outside Ljungskile, UMU (Youth with a Mission) has its large base in Sweden where many young people over the years have gone through both discipleship training schools and schools of evangelism for missionary outreach both in Sweden and other nations. The last thing that Youth with a Mission founder Loren Cunningham said on his deathbed to his closest colleague was: “Don’t forget Sweden and don’t forget Restenäs!” We believe that this school will have a great task in the kingdom of God in the future.
Just a few kilometers from Restenäs is also Åh Stiftsgård, which for decades has been a strong center for spiritual renewal within the Church of Sweden and where many have had strong spiritual experiences. It is at this well-known conference venue that we will hold our Nordic Prayer Conference January 2-4, 2026!
It is said of Isaac that he dug again the wells of water that had been dug in the days of Abraham his father, which the Philistines had stopped after the death of his father. We believe that God will let the old spiritual wells in the Ljungskile area spring up again with new life in the end times.
An unusual prophecy
Towards the end of the 80s, a young unknown evangelist came to the Pentecostal congregation in Ljungskile with a very strange prophetic message from the Lord. The Lord said: "I will send a revival that will mean that Ljungskile will not only be known for having a good football team, but because I will do wonders and signs in this place. What I do will then spread like ripples on the water without end."
The prophecy seemed very strange at the time because Ljungskile was not known for any good football team at that time. But shortly after the prophecy, the football team suddenly started climbing the tables from division 5 all the way up to Allsvenskan! A completely unique achievement for a football team from such a small town. We can also expect the fulfillment of the latter part of the prophecy about revival with signs and wonders.
We thank God for what He did at our Nordic Prayer Conference in Ljungskile 2-4 Jan, 2025 when God met with us in a mighty way. Now we look forward with great anticipation to what God will do at the next Nordic Prayer Conference in Ljungskile 2-4 Jan, 2026. Our vision is to prepare the way for the Lord through a revival from the Nordic countries throughout Europe back to Jerusalem.
"Go through, go through the gates; prepare the way for the people; build up, build up the highway; clear it of stones; lift up a signal over the peoples. Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Behold, your salvation comes; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.' And they shall be called The Holy People, The Redeemed of the Lord; and you shall be called Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken." Isa 62:10-12
