Åh Stiftsgård web page shows the different kinds of rooms available. https://www.ahstiftsgard.se/boende The Center has 8 different buildings with single rooms, double rooms, 3-bed, 4-bed and family rooms. They offer rooms with hotel standard. There are also similar standard rooms, with bathrooms in the hallway. More simple rooms with bunk beds are also available.

Food

For those staying at the Conference Center, breakfast is included in all the room prices.

Food package for the entire Conference = 675 SEK/person

The Food package includes

Lunch – Saturday and Sunday

Coffee w snack – Saturday and Sunday

Dinner – Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Also available: Late-night Snack after the evening meetings (sandwiches, warm drinks, fruit etc) (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 75 SEK/person and day.

If you have your own accommodation and only want individual meals, you need to notify Åh Stiftsgård directly.

Upon arrival

Pick up your conference package at the Norden 7:14 table in the foyer of the main building. It contains your food vouchers, wristbands for admission to the meetings, etc.

Travel Connections/Routes

Ljungskile is located 65 km north of Gothenburgh, along ”Europe-road” E6, which connects Denmark, Sweden and Norway. With flight to Gothenburgh Landvetter Airport, different ferry boats to the harbor in Gothenburgh, along with good connections via train and bus to Ljungskile, it is easy to arrive at the conference from all the Nordic countries, as well as from Europe.

Landvetter Airport: Airport bus to Gothenburgh Central Station/Nils Ericson Terminal

From Gothenburgh Central Station/Nils Ericson Terminal to Ljungskile:

By bus: Bus 810 towards Uddevalla or Bus 841 towards Lysekil via the Torp Terminal.

By train: Västtåg 3734 towards Uddevalla, Strömstad

Buses (Västtrafik) between Ljungskile and Åh Stiftsgård normally departs every hour. We will post more detailed information when the bus schedules for 2026 are published.
